Refund Policy – Eternalus Last updated: September 15, 2025 1. Nature of the service Eternalus.net offers a personalized digital product: a document with interpreted stellar map and wedding-related images. Generation is immediate after payment and the document remains available for download for 24 hours. After this period, the file is irreversibly deleted. 2. General rule No refunds are made once the document is generated. Since this is personalized digital content, by initiating generation you waive the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable regulations regarding digital content. 3. Only exception (refund for service failure) Refund will only proceed when all these conditions are met: • A technical failure attributable to Eternalus has occurred that prevents document generation, and • The document has not been generated or made available for download at any time. No refund applies for: change of mind, aesthetic/subjective expectations, errors in data provided by the user, user device/connection problems, inability to download within the 24-hour window, or any situation where the document has been generated. 4. How to request a refund for failure Send an email to support@eternalus.net within a maximum of 48 hours from the purchase attempt, indicating: • Subject: "Refund request – Generation failure" • Paddle transaction number • Your Eternalus account email • Description of the failure and, if possible, screenshots or error message We will review the case and respond with the evaluation result. 5. Resolution and refund timeframe If the refund is approved (for attributable failure and no document generated): • We will process it through Paddle to the original payment method. • The refund usually reflects in 5–10 business days from approval. 6. Credits Credits consumed in attempts that have successfully generated a document are non-refundable. If the service fails and no document is generated, the above exception (refund) will apply. 7. This policy does not limit the mandatory rights that correspond to you as a consumer according to applicable regulations. However, since this is personalized digital content and its generation is activated immediately after your purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
