Terms of Service – Eternalus Last updated: September 15, 2025 Service owner identification: This website and digital service are operated under the Eternal Us brand, available at the domain eternalus.net. 1. Service Purpose Eternalus.net (hereinafter, "the Service") allows generating personalized digital wedding memories: a document with an interpreted star map and images related to the day and location of the ceremony, created using artificial intelligence from the data that the user enters. 2. Acceptance of the Terms By creating an account or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms. 3. User Account You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out in your account. 4. Data entered by the user The Service works with the data you enter (e.g., couple's names, date and location). We do not verify the accuracy of that information and the document is generated exclusively for your personal use. The date and location are used only temporarily for generation and are not stored (see Privacy Policy). 5. Acceptable use It is prohibited to: • Use the Service for illicit purposes or that violate third-party rights. • Interfere with the operation of the Service or circumvent technical measures. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or cancellation. 6. Generated content and availability • The generated document is yours in accordance with applicable legislation and these Terms. Eternalus does not claim rights over your document. • After generation, the file remains available for download for 24 hours; after that period, it is irreversibly deleted from our temporary storage. • Given the creative nature of the AI system, there may be aesthetic or stylistic variations that do not constitute a Service failure. 7. Third-party integrations The Service integrates third-party technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Auth0, Paddle). Its use is also governed by the terms and policies of such providers. 8. Payments and refunds Payments are processed through Paddle. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms: refunds are only made if the service fails and the document is not generated. In other cases, no refund applies. 9. Limitation of liability The Service is offered "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absolute absence of errors. Eternalus will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages, except as required by mandatory regulations. 10. Suspension or cancellation We may suspend or cancel access if we detect breaches, security risks or improper use of the Service. 11. Modifications We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate means. Use of the Service after the update implies acceptance of the new terms. 12. Privacy The processing of personal data is governed by the current Privacy Policy.
